How It Started
From Passion to Profession
The Smoking Moose was founded in St. Louis, MO by a group of cigar enthusiasts. What started as a passion for sharing great cigars with friends grew into a full-service cigar bar experience for events of all sizes.
We noticed a gap in the market — events had great food, great music, and great venues, but nothing that created the kind of slow-down, gather-around moment that a premium cigar bar delivers. So we built it.
Today, The Smoking Moose serves weddings, corporate events, golf outings, and private parties across St. Louis and the surrounding region. Every event we do is handled with the same care and attention to detail we'd want at our own celebration.
